Develop a mobile version of their flagship website as mobile app.
The requirements was so vast that we spend multiple sessions for scoping and spec’ing the project.
Some of the implementation details were hidden and required some reverse engineering. I was leading development in collaboration with crowdbotics in a team of 2 to 6 people.
Proposing architectual decisions and preparing publishing releases.
The app has been successfully published within deadline. Xola team were satisfied with result and agreed on additional work and a couple more apps.
